We are trying to provide high quality computers to suit all kinds of needs in as much of an environmentally friendly way as possible. It isn't possible to reduce the carbon footprint of a computer to zero but, 85% of the carbon footprint of many laptops comes from its manufacture.
If we can extend the life of a computer without compromising on quality, not only will we save you a considerable amount of money, we will help you to reduce your carbon footprint.
We are not a charity but we try to make a fair living while lessening the damage being done to the planet.

The best way to extend the life of your current computer is to have it serviced regularly and upgraded when necessary. The biggest enemy of all kinds of computers is overheating due to being clogged with dust. Click on the picture to watch us getting rid of the dust from a PC.

We collect computers from a variety of sources that no longer suit the needs of the people using them but are more than adequate for most users. Many companies replace their computers every year or two when there isn't anything wrong with their current ones.
We take these, refurbish them and sell them at a much reduced price compared to their cost when new. We guarantee them for 12 months and, unlike when you buy a new computer, on the rare occasions something does go wrong we will almost always have you up and running again within one working day.
We often get laptops that are beyond economic repair which we either buy or or accept as trade ins against something better. Whenever possible we try to repair them using parts taken from other similar laptops making them almost as good as new and ready to be reused.
There are times when computers do come to the end of their useful life so need to be disposed of. We work in conjunction with companies that recycle as much of the computer as possible. If you have an old computer that you want disposed of, we can wipe all of your personal data from it and have it disposed of properly.
